Directions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Grease your bundt pan generously with non-stick cooking spray or butter and flour.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, avocado, nonfat milk, and coffee creamer. Mix until smooth.
- Step 4: Fold in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Step 6: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
