Ingredients
  

For the Cake:
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 ounces
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup avocado (about 1 avocado)
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (360g)
  • ½ cup liquid coffee creamer (any flavor)

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your bundt pan generously with non-stick cooking spray or butter and flour.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, avocado, nonfat milk, and coffee creamer. Mix until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Fold in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter.
  5. Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
  8. Step 8: Optionally, drizzle with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
